Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a GBS Integrations Management Accountant to oversee the integration of newly acquired clinics into RTR systems and processes, collaborating with Genpact and market finance teams. You will drive month-end close, balance sheet reporting, and process improvements across multiple countries.

You will partner with local market finance, M&A, and global teams to ensure day 1 readiness for new clinics and maintain strong relationships with auditors and tax authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., French) preferred.
• Strong behavioral profile in a complex RTR function including working with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end month end reporting for multiple countries in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with country CFOs, Group Finance, GBS and Genpact management for reporting delivery.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and global policies across regions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability of balance sheet reporting.
• Stay updated on IFRS/GAAP regulation, industry trends, and emerging technologies in global accounting.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs for month end reporting for newly acquired clinics.
• Manage audits and compliance checks with external/internal auditors and tax authorities.
• Provide strategic guidance on balance sheet management with local finance leadership.
• Engage in professional networks to foster knowledge exchange.
