Job summary

Palladium's Humanitarian Stabilisation Operations Team (HSOT) is seeking a Roster Project Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for consultants deployed across 130+ countries. You will advertise roles, screen applicants and coordinate onboarding with HRG and Deploy/HERMIS systems, ensuring compliance and timely placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in humanitarian contexts.
• Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers, operations teams, and external partners.
• Ability to develop and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise processes and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and source suitable consultants to meet recruitment needs.
• Screen profiles and create shortlists based on technical and compliance requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding with HRG and deploy teams.
• Coordinate candidate handover and ensure accurate consultant details on Deploy and HERMIS.
• Manage candidate communications and timelines throughout the recruitment process.
• Escalate issues and drive improvements to roster systems and processes.
