Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Roster Project Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for humanitarian deployments. You will advertise, screen and shortlist consultants, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines in HERMIS/Deploy, and ensure compliance with security clearances and onboarding.

Based in the UK, this role requires collaboration with the HSOT and HRG teams, familiarity with CEST assessments, and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in humanitarian sectors.
• Ability to use ATS/HRS to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on task development, draft TORs, and conduct CEST assessments.
• Advertise roles, sift profiles, and create shortlists for technical teams and clients.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding for new roster members.
• Ensure consultant details are accurate in Deploy/HERMIS and provide CMF feedback where applicable.
• Maintain timely recruitment timelines and engage with candidates and clients.
