Job summary

Palladium: Make It Possible in London is hiring a Recruitment Officer to support the Advisory and Surge Rosters team, mobilising consultants for governments and humanitarian responses worldwide. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, draft TORs with clients, run CV screening, coordinate interviews, oversee onboarding and ensure compliance across systems such as HERMIS and Deploy.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in humanitarian or international development sectors.
• Skilled with applicant tracking systems and HR information systems to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring managers, operations teams, and external partners.
• Ability to develop and analyse recruitment metrics to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
• Deliver a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support task development with client, including drafting TORs and carrying out CEST assessments.
• Advertise roles on job sites and manage responses.
• Create longlists and shortlist candidates for client review.
• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with technical teams.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure compliance with all vetting and security requirements.
• Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to improvements of recruitment processes and HSOT roster systems.
