Crux Product Design Ltd is seeking an experienced risk, governance and assurance professional to lead risk management and assurance across our global operations. Reporting to the Head of Quality, Regulatory, Risk & Assurance, you will collaborate with business leaders to embed robust controls and proactive risk insights across our Bristol and international activities.

You will identify emerging risks, coordinate assurance activities, and support governance for clinical and regulatory programs,

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (quality, governance, risk, compliance, science, engineering or business management).
• Experience in governance, assurance, risk management or compliance activities with business/operational risk identification and management.
• Experience delivering assurance reporting for leadership teams and driving organisational improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the business risk and assurance framework across the organisation, ensuring governance, risk and assurance activities are aligned.
• Maintain and facilitate the company risk management process with senior leaders to identify, assess and review significant risks.
• Monitor regulatory, technology, governance and operational risks to support proactive decision making.
• Coordinate assurance activities relating to governance, regulatory compliance and risk controls.
• Prepare risk and assurance reporting for leadership teams highlighting trends and areas needing action.
• Coordinate internal assurance reviews and track corrective actions.
• Apply Plan-Do-Check-Act to governance and assurance programmes.
• Act as project manager for risk management and assurance initiatives.
