Job summary

UK Management College Ltd is seeking a proactive Quality and Compliance Officer to support compliance, governance, and risk management across the organisation. The role requires embedding compliance practices and maintaining systems to ensure regulatory standards are met.

You will work with academic and professional services teams, manage documentation in SharePoint, and contribute to audits and continuous improvement initiatives. A degree and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and governance.
• Knowledge of project management approaches (PRINCE2/Agile).
• Experience collaborating within a team or matrix environment.
• Experience managing administrative or reporting processes with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compliance and Risk Coordination across the organisation.
• Develop, implement and monitor compliance frameworks and policies.
• Maintain records and evidence to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
• Assist with regulatory submissions (including OfS) and deadlines.
• Support internal audits, reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps.
