Metagenics Europe seeks a seasoned Revenue Growth Management Director for the International Region (EMEA & APAC) based in London. You will lead the global roll-out of Fuel for Growth, standardising RGM capabilities across Europe and beyond, working with End Market GMs, KAMs and regional directors to turn insights into value and growth.

Qualifications

• Significant tenure in broad Revenue Growth Management.
• Hands-on experience supporting KAM teams on trade terms and negotiations.
• Experience in consumer health, OTC, vitamins and supplements, especially pharmacy-channel.
• Working knowledge of a second language (French, Italian or Dutch) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with International President and Leadership Team to integrate RGM into strategic plans.
• Co-own market RGM plans with General Managers and support KAMs with profitability insights.
• Define pricing strategy within European rules and ensure compliant price action across markets.
• Shape trade investment and prioritization by channel and client with pay-for-performance.
• Lead category advisory with retail partners and drive portfolio focus and SKUs.
• Set promotional guidelines and ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Support profitable Amazon rollout and build full-cost economics for each market.
• Develop RGM dashboards and tools for pricing, trade spend and profitability.
