Job summary

Revive Collagen in London is seeking an exceptional General Manager for EMEA & APAC to lead the business across these regions, owning the regional P&L, strategy and growth. The role requires C-suite or senior commercial experience in retail/beauty, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to partner with founders while delivering revenue expansion, distributor partnerships and market entry.

Qualifications

• C-suite or senior commercial leadership experience in retail/beauty/wellness/supplements.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and distribution.
• Experience owning regional P&L and driving growth across multiple markets.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and senior stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional P&L and lead Revive Collagen across EMEA and APAC.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategy across retail, distributors and partnerships.
• Lead priority retailer/distributor relationships through negotiations and launches.
• Create market-entry plans and translate global strategy into regional priorities and budgets.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional team with a board-facing leadership style.
