Job summary

Metagenics UK is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Director for the International Region (EMEA & APAC), based in London. You will mold and execute the global Fuel for Growth transformation, standardise RGM capabilities, and drive pricing, trade spend, and channel strategy across Europe, the UK, and international markets.

The role partners with Market GMs and KAM teams to deliver profitable growth, manage cross-border pricing, and build RGM dashboards.

Qualifications

Significant tenure in broad Revenue Growth Management across international markets.
Experience supporting KAM teams on trade terms and negotiations.
Experience in consumer health, OTC, vitamins and supplements, especially pharmacy-channel.

Responsibilities

Partner with International President and Leadership Team on RGM plans and reviews.
Co-own each market’s RGM plan with General Managers and KAM teams.
Define pricing strategies respecting local rules and cross-border pricing across channels.
Shape trade investment, build regional policy and three-year prioritisation.
Lead category advisory with retail accounts and scale pilots to broader markets.
Set promotional guidelines for pharmacy and DTC markets with governance.
