Job summary

PA Consulting Group is seeking a Global Reward Expert to lead the integration of compensation and benefits across PA and Jacobs. The role sits with PA's global reward teams and partners with Jacobs, delivering senior-level reward projects over a 12-month period.

You will design incentive schemes for senior professionals, build relationships with key stakeholders, and manage projects with strong accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a global professional services firm or similar.
• Minimum 10 years in compensation and benefits across multiple markets.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
• High integrity, EQ and discretion.

• Deliver integration reward projects across PA and Jacobs.
