Job description

Are you passionate about data, compensation, and benefits? As a Global Reward Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. You'll manage global benchmark data, produce actionable insights, and contribute to the development of our reward strategies. If you're ready to be part of an exciting team and make an impact, this is your chance!

What you will be doing:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Research, collect, and assess compensation and benefits benchmark data from reputable sources on a global scale; play a significant role in planning for and running the global annual salary and bonus review.
  • Collaborate with external providers and consultants to obtain comprehensive benchmark data and insights and work with the People team globally to ensure benchmarking process is centralised to the Reward team.
  • Use data sources to analyse our benefits offerings, including health insurance, colleague discounts, and other colleague perks.
  • Where required, develop, and maintain reports to provide insights into compensation and benefits trends, cost analysis, and other relevant metrics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to address compensation related inquiries or initiatives
  • Stay abreast of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, ensuring our programs remain compliant and reporting is completed e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting (UK)
  • Partner closely with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other departments to support various compensation-related initiatives, such as salary planning, incentive programs, and job evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.

Who we are looking for:

We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will:

  • Preferably have previous experience in compensation/benefits analysis, or a related role, with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Have proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel; detail-orientated with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
