Job summary

Outpost in London is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own the revenue system across sales, marketing, and operations. This is a hands-on build role, not a reporting layer, and you will design, instrument, automate, and run the RevOps machine.

You will work directly with the founding team to own forecasting, pricing, handover from contract to live merchant, and the full GTM stack. Join a founder-led group tackling global commerce back offices with real budget and backing.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business ops or GTM strategy at a high-growth fintech, payments or B2B SaaS company.
• Built a revenue system from zero, not inherited one.
• Fluent in CRM architecture and outbound stack; knowledge of Attio, Instantly and Apollo is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue system end-to-end across CRM, forecasting and GTM stack.
• Design, instrument, automate, and run RevOps with weekly pipeline reviews and quarterly planning.
• Handover from signed contract to live merchant with tax, operations and engineering.
• Build playbooks for qualification, scoping, pricing approval and renewals.
