COS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of store construction and facility projects globally, ensuring cost, time, quality, compliance and sustainability while aligning with brand DNA.

You will work with store design and NCG teams on budgets, timelines, and change management, travel as needed, and drive value engineering alongside Head of C&F to translate strategy into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare budgets and business cases with store design and NCG teams, ensuring transparency and sign-off.
• Ensure accuracy of construction budgets and timelines with local teams.
• Drive value engineering across projects and guidelines.
• Visit local construction teams to coach and ensure KPI-aligned delivery.
• Collaborate with COS markets and global teams to drive improvements.
• Support Head of C&F to implement strategy into operations.
• Understand COS investment handling and market-specific needs.
• Identify challenges across markets and propose solutions.
• Manage change orders and develop plans to avoid them.
• Collaborate with Growth team to ensure information flow and goals.
• Oversee long-term pipeline and store concepts, innovating built environments.
• Secure energy management in existing and future stores.
