COS is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate global store construction, rebuilds, and optimisations with a strong focus on cost, schedule, quality and sustainability. The role collaborates with store design, NCG teams and markets to ensure COS identity and customer needs are reflected in every project.

You will manage budgets, timelines and change orders, drive value engineering and mentor local teams to meet KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage and coordinate a variety of construction projects globally with focus on cost, time, quality, compliance and sustainability.
• Ensure COS identity, DNA and customer needs are reflected in all work (new stores, rebuilds, optimisations).
• Prepare budgets and business cases with COS store design and NCG teams, ensuring financial transparency and sign-off; follow up on costs.
• Own budgets and timelines; coordinate with local teams to understand market-specific challenges.
• Drive value engineering and recommend improvements for future projects and facilities management guidelines.
• Coach and supervise local construction teams to meet KPIs and COS standards.
• Collaborate with COS, markets and global expansion to drive improvements in developments, standards and processes.
• Translate department strategy into actionable projects with Head of C&F involvement.
• Clarify COS needs regarding project processes and investment handling for markets.
• Identify market-specific challenges and opportunities; provide feedback and solutions.
• Understand change orders; challenge them and propose alternatives to avoid them.
• Support Growth team with information flow and help achieve long- and short-term goals.
• Maintain an overview of COS’s long-term pipeline, portfolio changes and new markets; ensure timely actions.
• Contribute to developing store concepts and interiors with expertise in construction and innovation in the built environment.
• Secure COS energy management across existing stores and future portfolio changes.
