Global Consumer Electronics Company is seeking a Project Manager to support customer‑centric service, improving processes and boosting operational efficiency across in-store retail operations.

You will partner with global retail support teams to address complex product ownership challenges, drive customer experience and align with business priorities. Hybrid work; Battersea office; Start 23 November 2026 for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in retail store operations, regional or national retail management, or field leadership.
• Committing to delivering high customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, lead and implement programmes addressing complex product ownership challenges in retail stores.
• Design and launch initiatives with global retail partners aligning with priorities and engagement.
• Deliver strategies to drive product ownership, improve in-store experience and efficiency.
• Initiate, manage and deliver projects across global cross-functional teams.
• Identify roadblocks and escalate issues to secure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain partnerships with senior field leadership and communicate initiatives via visits and forums.
