Job summary

COS is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of global store projects with focus on cost, time, quality, and sustainability. You will work with store design and NCG teams to ensure budgets are accurate and sign-offs achieved, while driving value engineering and ensuring COS standards are upheld across markets.

The role is based in London with a hybrid office/remote setup, requiring travel as needed and close collaboration with multiple COS functions to deliver

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coordinate global construction projects maintaining cost, time, quality and sustainability.
• Ensure COS identity is reflected in new store projects, rebuilds and optimisations.
• Prepare budgets and business cases with COS store design and NCG teams; monitor costs and sign-offs.
• Own construction budgets and timelines; collaborate with local teams on market challenges.
• Drive value engineering and recommend improvements for future projects.
• Coach local construction teams to deliver projects within KPIs and COS standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across COS, markets and growth to improve standards and processes.
• Translate department strategy into actionable activities with the Head of C&F.
• Clarify COS needs regarding project processes and investment handling across markets.
• Identify market-specific challenges and propose solutions; manage change orders with alternatives.
• Support information flow and guide the Growth team toward long- and short-term goals.
• Maintain overview of COS long-term pipeline including investments and new markets.
• Develop and maintain stores and interiors; innovate within the built environment.
• Secure COS energy management in existing stores and future portfolio changes.
