Job summary

Montresor Legal is seeking a Resource Manager to support the delivery and development of its global analyst population, ensuring effective deployment across teams and locations.

You will onboard and train analysts, manage staffing and capacity across multiple locations and external providers, and generate management information on productivity, quality, and performance to respond to changing client and project demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource management, workforce planning, operations or professional services delivery.
• Comfortable working with data and balancing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in legal, professional services, consultancy or technology environments.

Responsibilities
