Job summary

ERSG Ltd in London is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Recruitment professional to drive client acquisition and talent placements.

You will identify leads, pitch our staffing services, negotiate terms, and manage delivery teams across the full interview and placement lifecycle. A proven background in recruitment or sales is desirable, with strong English communication and resilience in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment or sales/business development role is desirable.
• A proven history of billing successfully against KPI’s.
• Tenacious and resilient, not phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads in your vertical via cold calling, networking and market mapping.
• Pitch ERSG’s staffing services to hiring managers and decision makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including permanent fees and contract margins.
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate opportunities.
• Grow and manage a team of delivery consultants and account managers.
