Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Investment team in London. You will grow the client universe, source top candidates and drive delivery across retained and contingent mandates in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Based in London, you will engage with clients to understand needs, manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help shape the future of green investment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience.
• Energy and/or Infrastructure market experience.
• Keen interest in the green energy and infrastructure sector.
• A confident and positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Grow our client universe and lead client delivery across retained and contingent mandates.
• Source top candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Provide clients and candidates with valuable market insights and recruitment strategies.
