Job summary

Jacobs is launching its Graduate Development Program (GDP) to accelerate growth in energy consulting. You’ll join a team delivering energy management, net zero, renewable generation and future energy systems projects across UK markets.

The two-year program offers blended learning, mentoring, progress reviews and real project work; start date September 2027, with opportunities to develop skills in human, consulting, strategy and personal passions.

Qualifications

• Be working toward a relevant degree or Master’s level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• A flexible, proactive mindset and motivation to drive your career forward.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to energy management and net zero projects across Jacobs’ markets.
• Support delivery of renewable energy generation and future energy systems initiatives.
• Collaborate with energy advisory teams to solve decarbonisation challenges.
