RES invites graduates to join a two-year Global Graduate Programme in the Kings Langley area. You will rotate through UK&I Commercial, UK&I Development and EMEA Commercial, gaining hands-on experience in financial modelling, market analysis and deal negotiation.

This is a hybrid role with 4 days spent in the Kings Langley office.
The RES Global Graduate Programme is a two-year development programme designed to provide graduates with meaningful work experience, professional development and exposure to different areas of the renewable energy industry.
Over the course of the programme, graduates will complete three rotations of approximately eight months each across different teams, functions or business areas. Each rotation is designed to build technical capability, commercial awareness and leadership potential while helping graduates develop a broad understanding of RES and the renewable energy industry.
Graduates will work on real projects, collaborate with experienced colleagues and be encouraged to take ownership of their development while making meaningful contributions to the business. Through a combination of structured learning, practical experience and professional development opportunities, graduates will build the skills and experience needed for a successful long-term career at RES.

Expected to have recently completed, or be on track to complete, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Commerce, Economics or Finance. Applicants should demonstrate strong academic performance (2:1 classification or equivalent preferred), commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector. A master's degree is advantageous but not essential.
