WTW in Ipswich is seeking a Facultative Reinsurance Client Servicing professional to manage relationships with international clients and London brokers, coordinating with Mumbai teams for placement and documentation.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across multi-functional teams, with hybrid working options and a strong focus on process improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven client servicing experience in (re)insurance or facultative reinsurance.
• Knowledge of facultative reinsurance market and ability to address client requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ACII qualification or working towards ACII preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with international clients and brokers.
• Coordinate end-to-end placement with London brokers and Mumbai team.
• Prepare renewal, placement and mid-term documents accurately and timely.
• Handle client queries, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with FCA requirements and WTW policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and governance of the unit.
