Responsibilities

• Oversee international regulatory reporting and major exams for the Global Payment Network.
• Drive post-exam insights into continuous control enhancements.
• Lead international change management to comply with shifting laws across borders.
• Facilitate country entry and exit in line with business strategy.
• Design and deploy a unified regulatory engagement model with centralized oversight.
• Coordinate alignment across a globally distributed network of teams.
• Collaborate with in-country associates, contractors and regional leaders to implement global regulatory strategies locally.
• Align regulatory strategies with market priorities and enterprise risk appetite.
• Partner with Business, Product, and Technology to build enabling environments globally.
• Translate complex regulatory trends into technical specs and market-leading offerings.
