Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on securitisation projects and regulatory issues around our credit products. You will use deep knowledge of financial regulations to contribute to wider regulatory initiatives and support growth while staying compliant.

The role offers broad responsibility within a fast-growing in-house legal team, working across jurisdictions and with external partners to shape the future of Revolut’s securitisation and lending activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in-house or private practice advising on securitisation or structured finance.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Sound judgement and collaborative mindset under pressure.
• Strong regulatory knowledge across markets on asset-backed financing and related products.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary advisor on regulatory compliance and legal structuring for securitisation transactions and asset-backed financing structures.
• Drafting, maintaining, and updating securitisation documentation, disclosures, agreements, and opinions across jurisdictions.
• Advising on regulatory risks across markets related to structured finance and securitisation transactions and related lending/payments regulations.
• Structuring and negotiating legal matters with external partners.
