Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products and related regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy implementation.

Responsabilités

• Act as cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation.
• Develop and implement a world-class compliance framework and training.
• Support regulatory licence applications.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of regulatory architecture.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure local regulation compliance.
• Engage with regulators as needed.
