Job summary

Revolut Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around our core payment products. You will partner with teams across the business to ensure growth is secure, compliant and built for the long term.

The role requires 5+ years of PQE, strong academic credentials, and experience advising on financial regulations and payments. You will manage regulatory expectations, draft customer-facing documents, and lead key matters with tight deadlines

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PQE.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Experience advising on financial regulations and payments products, including card payments, cross-border payments, and emerging payment rails.
• Sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
• Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising the business on compliance and legal issues surrounding structuring of new and existing payment features
• Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
• Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Excelling at leadership while also undertaking executional work
• Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
