Job summary

Deliveroo seeks a Group Product Manager to lead teams building global regulatory and compliance tech in London. You will guide product strategy for AML/KYC/ KYB, tax, licensing, and audit readiness across 40+ markets while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Engineering.

You will manage senior PMs, shape roadmaps, and translate complex regulatory needs into scalable product solutions in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EU AML/CTF, KYC, KYB, Payments Regulations, invoicing systems.
• Experience turning legal/regulatory requirements into product designs.
• Experience leading PMs across multiple teams and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Fluency with APIs, data models, audits, and reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with financial services infrastructure like licensing and invoicing platforms.
• Strong communication with legal, finance, and engineering teams.
• 8–12 years in Product Management in Fintech/Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory needs into robust product solutions across AML/KYC/tax/licensing.
• Define long-term strategy for compliance tech stack and build internal tools and APIs.
• Lead and grow a group of senior Product Managers across multiple roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Tax, Legal, and Finance to stay ahead of rules.
