Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Global Program Manager to own the successful delivery of complex, multi-functional Vault implementations for strategic European accounts, aligning Product, Sales, and Services to maximize customer impact.

You will act as the executive sponsor, forge trusted-advisor relationships with IT and business leaders, define transformation roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams toward measurable R&D outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program leadership in enterprise-scale pharma R&D or GxP technology.
• Deep understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety.
• Proven consulting for enterprise pharma clients.
• Experience leading global teams across multi-system implementations.
• Strategic thinker with roadmapping experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive successful execution of complex Global R&D Vault implementations.
• Forge trusted-advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives.
• Strategically lead cross-functional Veeva teams to deliver outcomes.
• Craft, negotiate, and lead services contracts and adoption.
• Govern program risk, resolve challenges, and maintain delivery cadence.
• Oversee transitions into post-deployment operations and enablement.
• Communicate with executive clarity to align stakeholders.
