Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior risk and compliance professional to oversee RDP and R&D risk governance. You will drive management monitoring, develop KPIs and lead risk forums to ensure regulatory compliance across GVP, GCP and GLP domains.

Key responsibilities include coordinating risk management, creating SOPs and templates, and providing Center of Excellence support to RDP and R&D teams. Advanced science background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in risk, compliance and quality within R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk and compliance oversight for RDP and R&D functions.
• Set and monitor KPIs to drive compliant operations.
• Coordinate risk forums (CMO ROC, R&D CRF) and report findings.
• Develop templates and training materials for risk and compliance.
