Job summary

Haleon is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance leader to oversee RDP risk governance and compliance programs within R&D. You will establish risk management structures, develop KPIs, and coordinate risk forums to support regulatory readiness and QPPV activities.

As part of Haleon, you will partner with RDP and R&D to drive continuous improvement, training, and governance across GVP, GCP, and GLP requirements, ensuring robust risk oversight and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Life Science (or equivalent) degree.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in management of Risk, Compliance and Quality in R&D functions (e.g. Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, PV, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Set, deploy and maintain meaningful KPIs/metrics that enable compliant organization and drive continuous improvement programs.
• Own and drive management monitoring process and have oversight of other relevant controls (e.g. processes/standards, training, etc.).
• Support RDP responsible in risk management (identification, control strategy, assessment of residual risk and prioritization).
• Coordinate regulatory intelligence monitoring (regulation/consultation) for GVP, GCP, GLP regulatory requirements.
• May support Haleon QPPV as required including but not limited to input to PSMF and data collection for QPPV oversight.
• Establish and maintain appropriate structures and processes of risk management and train staff accordingly.
• Set, deploy and maintain KPIs/metrics to monitor effectiveness of risk management.
