Job summary

Haleon is recruiting for a senior Risk & Compliance leader to ensure compliant organization and robust inspection readiness within the RDP framework. You will oversee risk governance for R&D, coordinate regulatory intelligence for GVP, GCP, GLP, and drive KPI-based improvements, collaborating across functions.

The role requires a Life Science degree with 8+ years of experience in risk, compliance, and quality within R&D, with advanced science degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Life Science degree required.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in management of Risk, Compliance and Quality in R&D functions (e.g. Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, PV, etc.).
• Advanced Degree in science related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Risk and Compliance oversight in RDP.
• Set, deploy and maintain meaningful KPIs/metrics for compliant organization and continuous improvement.
• Own and drive monitoring processes; oversee controls (processes/standards, training, etc.).
• Support RDP risk management (identification, control strategy, residual risk, prioritization).
• Coordinate regulatory intelligence monitoring for GVP, GCP, GLP requirements.
• May support QPPV with input to PSMF and data collation for oversight.
• Establish and maintain risk management structures (SOPs, templates, risk register, charter).
• Train RDP/R&D on Compliance and Risk management.
• Collect and consolidate risk information for risk assessment.
• Coordinate risk management forum as secretariat.
• Serve as contact between Enterprise Risk & Audit and R&D functions.
• Develop materials to aid Compliance and Risk management.
