Job summary

Haleon plc, a leading global consumer health company, seeks a Director, R&D Procurement – Global to oversee £80m+ in spend across pre-clinical, clinical, lab and outsourced services. You will develop end-to-end sourcing strategies, collaborate with senior stakeholders in R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, and lead a team of procurement managers to deliver strategic value.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or Science.
• Significant procurement experience with team leadership.
