Consult KA is recruiting a Quality Manager for a UK-based manufacturing and distribution business in Stoke on Trent. You will own and drive the QMS, lead improvements, and mentor teams across sites in the UK and overseas, reporting to the CEO.

The role requires experience with ISO9001/AS9100, strong leadership, and ability to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad. A generous bonus and 25 days holiday are offered.

Competenze

• Proven QM experience with leadership across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to interpret and implement international standards.
• Experience with lean six sigma and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Maintain ISO9001/EN9100/AS9100D QMS and develop QMS to meet requirements.
• Contract and technical review of orders and customer specifications.
• Lead internal and external audits across sites and provide quality leadership to UK/USA teams.
