Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Global Head of Quality to lead the next phase of our quality journey. You will create a consistent QMS, align standards, and drive faster, clearer quality decision-making across markets, including UK, Benelux and Asia.

You will build global governance, oversee incident management, CAPA, audits and recalls readiness, and shape digital quality systems and reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior Quality leadership experience in regulated environments.
• Experience building global QMS and quality governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver global QMS strategy, operating model, and governance.
• Standardise incident management, CAPA, audits and quality governance.
• Develop and enhance electronic QMS and digital quality tools.
• Create global quality reporting with KPIs and dashboards for leaders.
• Identify systemic issues from data and drive improvement.
• Set global supplier quality and recalls readiness frameworks.
• Lead quality teams across UK, Benelux, and Asia.
