Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Global Head of Quality to lead the development and global rollout of a robust QMS. You will collaborate with teams across the UK & Ireland, Benelux and Asia to standardise safety, compliance and quality governance.

The role is hybrid with regular travel to designated offices, and a focus on data-driven performance across markets. You will shape quality systems, incident management, CAPA and audits while building leadership and capability across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior quality leadership experience across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to embed QMS across teams.
• Experience with incident management, CAPA and audits.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver our global Quality Management System (QMS) strategy, operating model and governance framework.
• Create consistent global standards for incident management, complaints, audit, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and Quality governance.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our electronic QMS and wider digital Quality systems.
• Build consistent global Quality reporting, KPIs and dashboards, giving leaders clear visibility of performance, risk and emerging trends.
• Use Quality data and insight to identify systemic issues, improvement opportunities and areas requiring greater focus.
• Establish risk-based global audit and assurance frameworks and ensure actions are effectively tracked through to resolution.
• Set global frameworks for supplier Quality and product withdrawal and recall readiness.
• Lead, develop and connect Quality teams across the UK & Ireland, Benelux and Asia, building capability, accountability and consistent ways of working.
