Job summary

Tagged Resources Recruitment specialists supplying Fashion, Beauty, Food and Home seeks a Head of Quality, Compliance & Sustainability to lead quality, product testing and safety, and to drive a global governance framework supporting growth.

The role will elevate the UK function to strategic governance, align supplier performance, regulatory readiness and continuous improvement while maintaining day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA, QC, Compliance and Sustainability functions.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU consumer product legislation.
• Experience with supplier compliance and international supply chains.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, QC, Compliance and Sustainability functions; write procedures as needed.
• Develop supplier compliance programmes, audit frameworks and scorecards.
• Own quality strategy, product safety and governance; guide testing standards.
• Act as SME on UK/EU regulations.
• Liaise between global QA, compliance, sustainability and sourcing teams.
• Develop a roadmap to integrate processes into global operating frameworks.
• Establish governance and accountability across UK and global teams.
