Job summary

Perry Ellis Europe is seeking a detail‑minded Sourcing & Purchasing Manager to ensure on‑time delivery across European brands. You will raise purchase orders, monitor production and safeguard margins through precise supply chain management.

Responsibilities include managing vendors, coordinating with logistics, and partnering with Sales, Planning and Customer Service to meet customer needs and keep orders on track.

Qualifications

• Approx. 2 years of supply chain experience in apparel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders for wholesale stock, retail stores, e-commerce, and special orders after buys.
• Ensure suppliers follow labeling and packaging instructions.
• Maintain daily communication with global offices, agents, suppliers and factories during production.
• Lead weekly vendor calls to discuss production issues and improvements.
• Lead weekly critical path meetings on open POs with internal teams.
• Coordinate logistics with Logistics/Warehouse to ship on time at best price.
• Partner with Sales, Planning and Customer Service to protect orders from oversold stock or late deliveries.
• Attend biweekly shipping meetings to support monthly targets.
• Update supplier manuals and Brand SOPs; assist on key projects.
