Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Property Manager – International to oversee design delivery and cost-saving measures for new and refurbished stores. You will collaborate with local teams and franchise partners to ensure Costa brand standards across markets.

The role requires strong relationships with franchisees, experience in F&B, and the ability to manage third-party property and design experts. Extensive travel (~40%) with hybrid work style is expected.

• Strong F&B industry knowledge and experience.
• Ability to influence and manage third-party property/design experts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Costa Design and Construction representation across markets in the region.
• Lead design creation and approvals aligned with Costa brand standards.
• Carry out Costa Property checks to ensure design and build quality.
• Feedback market-specific information impacting store design.
• Conduct regional training and updates to franchisee property teams on store design and systems.
