Costa Coffee is seeking a Senior RGM Manager, International Retail, to shape Revenue Growth Management strategies across our international markets. You will blend analytics with commercial judgment to drive profitable growth and optimise pricing, promotions, and store segmentation.

You will embed global RGM best practice, partner with market leaders and Costa’s Global RGM Centre of Excellence to strengthen decision-making and unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Revenue Growth Management, with pricing, promotions and analytics.
• Strong commercial experience with solid judgment and ability to translate data into strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver Revenue Growth Management strategies across Costa's international retail markets.
• Embed global RGM best practice while adapting pricing, promotions and commercial approaches to local needs.
• Monitor performance using data to identify opportunities for revenue and profit growth.
• Lead initiatives in smart pricing, store segmentation and test-and-learn programmes.
