Grenade is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Birmingham to lead a broad portfolio of initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope, while embedding robust governance.

You will coach project managers, collaborate with senior leaders across packaging, manufacturing, and regulatory functions, and drive continuous improvement in ways of working within a fast-growing global business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in FMCG environment preferred.
• Experience with governance and stage-gate processes.
• Leadership experience mentoring project managers.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end project leadership: lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, on time and within scope.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management: align and influence senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, drive data-based decisions.
• Portfolio delivery: manage NPD, renovation, and business-change initiatives across packaging, manufacturing, and regulatory.
• Governance: establish and maintain governance frameworks including stage gates, risk management, steering committees, and reporting.
• Risk management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect timelines and budget.
• Continual improvement: promote best practices and evolve tools and processes for a growing global business.
