Job summary

Grenade, an international active nutrition and lifestyle brand, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Birmingham to drive global business change. You will lead a team of Project Managers, oversee initiatives from concept through launch, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver effective solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will help evolve governance, manage risk, and continuously improve project delivery in a fast-growing global business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• FMCG/food sector experience.
• Ability to adapt processes to a start-up pace while maintaining governance.
• Experience collaborating with multiple supply chain teams.
• Senior-level governance experience with steering groups.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project leadership from concept to launch, on time and within budget.
• Engage, align, and influence senior stakeholders across the business.
• Coordinate inputs across packaging, recipe development, manufacturing, and regulatory functions.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, including stage-gate processes and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to protect timeline, cost, and quality.
• Champion best practice in project management and evolve tools and processes.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers and cross-functional team members.
• Support portfolio prioritisation to align with strategic priorities.
