Job summary

Fortescue Metals Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Product & Delivery department in delivering complex, high-value power systems programmes. You will coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, maintain schedules and reports, and ensure milestones are achieved with clear communication.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in project coordination within manufacturing or engineering, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in product development, engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tracking tools (MS Project, Planner).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities with PMs.
• Align multiple workstreams to ensure timely progress and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and action registers.
• Track tasks and follow up with stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and meeting materials.
• Document meeting outcomes and decisions clearly.
