Based in the UK, you will collaborate with product management, QA, operations, marketing, sourcing and legal to turn ideas into impact as part of the Clinical Programs Portfolio & Commercial Ops team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, biotechnology or related field.
• Working knowledge of downstream bioprocessing / protein purification.
• Multiple years project management experience in a matrixed environment, preferably in new product development (NPD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership and solution driven in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to execute on innovation projects with product management, subject matter experts, QA, operations, marketing, sourcing and legal.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop innovative solutions.
• Create and own project schedules; manage timelines, resources and budgets for on-time delivery.
• Run regular project meetings; track actions and mitigate risks to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Identify stakeholders and maintain alignment with senior stakeholders on goals and status.
• Operate in accordance with the Danaher Business System project management tools.
