Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead hardware and disposable device development for the biotech market. You will drive projects from definition through design, testing and validation, in collaboration with Product Managers and R&D Engineers, and shepherd transfers to Manufacturing.

This on-site role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in an R&D setting, with strong 3D CAD skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage

Competenze

• BSc or BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or a HND/HNC/apprenticeship combined with significant direct work experience.
• Significant work experience in an R&D environment.
• Experience leading through project management and/or design roles.
• Good understanding of 3D CAD design.
• Able to manage own daily workload with minimal supervision.

• Develop and manage project plans, including defining roles and responsibilities, and overseeing resource allocation and risk management
• Provide technical leadership, confidently guiding teams through complex projects and engineering challenges
• Apply a strong working knowledge of 3D CAD design to support and drive innovative product development activities
