Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director to lead the Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio with >$150M in annual scope. This on-site role can be based in Cardiff, Amersham, or Marlborough and requires up to 35% international travel.

You will own end-to-end product strategy, drive NPD and lifecycle initiatives, and partner with R&D, operations, quality, and commercial teams to deliver growth, profitability, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or portfolio leadership in life sciences.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (R&D, ops, quality, supply chain, commercial).
• Proven track record of managing portfolios with revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plan for Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio.
• Own end-to-end product strategy across growth, profitability, lifecycle management.
• Ensure portfolio KPIs and drive root-cause analysis with countermeasures.
• Contribute to strategic direction as a leadership team member.
• Drive NPD and product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Build market insights and translate needs into portfolio actions.
• Lead and develop a team of 5 direct reports.
