Job summary

Sprinklr UK Ltd is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead enterprise projects for major clients. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with consultants, analytics experts, and sales/service leaders to turn strategy into outcomes.

You will oversee 5–7 accounts, manage risks, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain strong client relationships while driving value from the Sprinklr platform across services and regions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client projects and executive-level relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication across global teams.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 5–7 accounts with scope, risks and budget control.
• Coordinate delivery with consulting, sales, and regional teams.
• Ensure projects run on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain client and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Develop knowledge of Sprinklr components for realistic project plans.
• Report project status and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues and change requests effectively.
• Meet client service expectations and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead the team to high-quality delivery and accountability.
• Provide weekly status and burn reports to project stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends shaping client solutions.
