Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead enterprise-level projects for major clients. You will own a portfolio of 5–7 accounts, drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, risk, and budget, and align with internal and client stakeholders across regions.

You will collaborate with consulting teams, ensure accurate forecasting, and mentor delivery teams to achieve measurable client outcomes. Strong SDLC, web tech knowledge, and PM certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise IT/SaaS projects.
Experience working with multi-geo delivery teams.
Experience driving large-scale, multi-organisational initiatives.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and web technologies.
PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of 5–7 accounts; control scope, changes, risks, and mitigation plans.
Partner with consulting teams and regional leaders to coordinate delivery.
Ensure programs and projects run on schedule and within budget.
Develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and executives.
Provide weekly status and burn reports to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and run team meetings.
