Job summary

Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking a Global Product Security Services Lead to partner with internal teams and educate the business in intellectual property protection.

You will execute and improve engagement strategies for new policies and threat awareness across the organization and its partners, intersecting consumer electronics, customer success, research science, and security consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with five years of consumer electronics, customer success management, research science, project management, and/or security consulting experience within a global environment and various business cultures.
• Knowledge of change management planning, strategies, and execution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent.
• Utilize emotional intelligence to communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflicts.
• Understanding of policy development and/or administration.
• Able to facilitate effective training across varying audience types and learning styles.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to effectively promote a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.
• Able to work in ambiguous situations with little direction, documenting and providing an effective point of view regarding solutions.
• Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead changes to security policies, procedures, or technologies with minimal disruption.
• Maintain records of policy changes, communications, and training.
• Communicate policies and updates to employees clearly.
• Solicit feedback and use it to improve security practices.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Foster relationships with department heads to understand security needs.
• Act as liaison between security teams and other departments.
• Create change management plans including communications and training resources.
• Develop and execute ongoing security awareness campaigns.
• Create engaging materials to reinforce best practices.
• Analyze metrics and generate management reports on engagement initiatives.
