Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Security Consulting Manager in the Products group to lead end-to-end security engagements across Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrials and Life Sciences in the UK.

You will bring together technical, business and commercial acumen to shape client security strategies, manage delivery teams, and grow opportunities within accounts, while guiding junior consultants and partnering with industry teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience in domains like Cyber Strategy, GRC, IAM, Cloud, OT, and Security Operations.
• Experience leading security project teams within complex client environments.
• Background spanning advisory, delivery, and hands-on implementation.
• Familiarity with security regulations and frameworks (NIST, NIS, CAF, ISO 27001).
• Experience working with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness including bids or account growth.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate risk to business impact.
• Travel across the UK as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Point of contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, maturity and readiness evaluations.
• Identify risks and propose proportionate mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Create deliverables like threat and risk assessments and security policies.
• Stay current on threats, AI security and regulatory developments.
• Drive business development within existing accounts and build new client relationships.
• Support proposals and revenue targets at Manager level.
• Collaborate with Accenture industry and alliance teams on go-to-market security offerings.
• Lead, coach and develop teams of security consultants.
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications and engagements.
