Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Consulting Manager in the Products group to lead end-to-end security projects across Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrials and Life Sciences. You will engage with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders, shaping strategy, risk management, and security solutions.

You will collaborate with delivery teams, manage budgets, and drive opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new client relationships and thought leadership in security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience across multiple domains.
• Experience leading security project teams within complex client environments.
• Advisory, delivery and hands-on technical implementation background.
• Familiarity with security regulations and frameworks (NIST, NIS, CAF, ISO 27001).
• Experience working with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness, including bids or account growth experience.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical risks to business impact.
• High attention to detail and rigorous analytical thinking.
• Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security projects with timelines, budgets and quality.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, maturity and readiness evaluations.
• Identify risks and deliver mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Produce deliverables like threat and risk assessments and security policies.
• Stay current on emerging threats and AI security developments.
• Drive business development within existing accounts and new client relationships.
• Support sales pursuits, proposals and revenue targets at Manager level.
• Partner with industry and alliance teams on go-to-market offerings.
• Lead, coach and develop security consultants across levels.
• Share knowledge and contribute to thought leadership.
